Diet & Fitness Book Cover Design – This popular health book was the idea of nutritionist Alex Golding, who wanted to expand his expertise into publishing. His concept was a diet book which would appeal to men, and a more specific book to address the problem of ‘man-boobs’. The brief was to design a cover which would appeal to a male audience, as well as communicate brand ideals such as health expertise. The covers also needed to work as a cross-selling concept.
